Artemis is the Greek Goddess of the Moon, the Hunt and fertility. She has a special connection to nature and animals, always with an entourage of animals and nymphs at her side. She is fierce and competitive yet a loyal sister.

This wild huntress assists us in going for our dreams and goals in an independent self-reliant way. She is daughter of Zeus and twin sister of Apollo, the God of the sun.

For this pendant I felt that the dendritic agate was an ideal stone to use to represent Artemis's affinity to nature. The piece has an open back at the bottom so that light can bring out the beautiful details of the agate. Combined with a textured and oxidised silver moon.
